Six years ago, Jesse Wallace set out on a mission to build a national real estate organization. After more than a decade of real estate investing, Mr. Wallace earned his real estate license in 2013 and went on to sell real estate successfully throughout the South Florida markets. In 2019, Mr. Wallace successfully earned his real estate brokers license and began to put the next step of his plan in place to build the type of real estate agency that the market was missing.

Mr. Wallace partnered with Chad Williamson to launch LLG Realty LLC. LLG Realty is a virtual real estate brokerage first that was created to help real estate agents become successful in the real estate industry.

To be successful Mr. Wallace and Mr. Williamson know you need to give agents training, not just agent training but also training on running a business and being an entrepreneur. Next, realtors needed access to high quality leads so they can generate sales while they begin to build their business. Last, realtors needed to be able to keep 100% of the commission for the deals they source on their own. If you do all of the work to generate your own lead you shouldn't have to share your hard-earned fees with anyone, including your broker.

With all of that in mind, Jesse Wallace and Chad Williamson created LLG Realty with the intention of taking their model across the country. Helping real estate agents succeed is our business.
