HOW DO I SIGN UP TO BE A VIRTUAL AGENT WITH LLG?

Pick your plan (monthly, quarterly, annual) and sign up online. Once we receive your submission one of our specialists will follow up with you within 24 hours to help you get started. It usually takes 48 hours for your license to moved to our agency

HOW DO YOUR FEES WORK?

You make 100% Commission on the deals your source. There is a $250 processing fee on all closed deals. That is all you will ever pay for the real estate deals that you generate and close. Depending on your plan we also offer real estate leads you can purchase or receive on a rev share basis.

HOW IS LLG DIFFERENT FROM OTHER AGENCIES

We offer our agents the ability to keep 100% of the commissions like most virtual agencies, but we also offer training, guidance and support like full service agencies. We think LLG does a better job helping agents succeed than anyone else.
